Non-Refundable Fees
All fees associated with Services offered by Lisa Chan, Lisa Chan Coaching Inc, and all authorized agents, including Veritas Creative Media LLC, hereafter the “Company” (may be referred to as “Lisa Chan”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), including but not limited to Private or Group Coaching, Program Enrollment, Courses, bundles, and subscriptions, are non-refundable. This policy safeguards the proprietary content and intellectual effort that our offerings encompass. Clients and subscribers’ commitment to the subscription period and sessions is essential for accessing our comprehensive resources, including live calls, personalized sessions, and educational content.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Some of our Services may be covered under a 30-day money-back guarantee. The availability of this guarantee will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify or revoke this guarantee for specific Services or promotions at any time. Should the money-back guarantee apply, customers may request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. If the guarantee does not apply, the purchase is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds for Subscription Services
Fees related to any subscription programs are refundable if the customer requests cancellation within the first 5 calendar days of the subscription period. After this 5-day window, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
No Prorated Refunds
Cancellation of any Service, including recovery programs, coaching, courses, bundles, and subscriptions, does not warrant a prorated refund for the unused portion of the Service. The fees reflect the value of accessing the Company’s coaching and resources from the moment of payment, regardless of the usage level.
Commitment to Quality
We believe in the transformative potential of our Services. While we provide the tools and knowledge to foster your growth, the implementation and resulting success depend significantly on individual effort and external factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or success as a result of participating in any of the Services offered by the Company.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ontario. You waive all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue in such courts.
By enrolling in our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy as part of our comprehensive Terms of Service.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your subscriptions to the Services managed by the Company at any time. For cancellation, please adhere to the subscription management guidelines provided during your onboarding process to any of the Company’s Services.
Post-cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the currently paid billing cycle. After this period, your access to Services will cease, and your subscription will be officially canceled.
Service Modifications:
The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue any part of the Services provided by the Company, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. These modifications are necessary for the maintenance, update, or enhancement of the Services.
Compliance with Terms of Service
Your use of the Company’s Services, including any courses or programs, must comply with all terms set forth by the Company. Failure to comply, including misuse of the Services or engagement in prohibited activities, may result in the immediate termination of your subscription.
